Brevard County Ocean Rescue Lifeguards pulled a man from the Atlantic Ocean this afternoon.  The victim was not breathing when the Cocoa Beach Fire Rescue Crews were called.

However, the victim recovered and was talking by time an ambulance from Cape Canaveral Hospital arrived a short while thereafter.
