While I detest anything and all that Nazis represented, I also am very frustrated, as a Scandinavian, that the vile regime ruined old Norse symbols like the Strength rune used in SS symbol. All the very strong and masculine symbols of old Norse were used in Nazi propaganda and now a Scandinavian cannot use his/her legacy's / ancestry's symbols without being labeled as an idiot (e.g. neo-Nazi).I'd say that when those symbols are used by the forces that defeated the evil and also a long-running ally of Israel, it probably shouldn't be taken as a sign of support for WWII Nazi ideology.
