CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida — The launch of the Delta IV Heavy configuration rocket with its National Reconnaissance Office (NROL-15) payload scheduled for Friday, June 29, 2012 at 6:13 am E.D.T. from Space Launch Complex 37 at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida has been moved to a launch time of 7:15 am.

The Delta IV Heavy configuration rocket launch time has been moved again to 7:40 a.m. E.D.T. on Friday, June 29, 2012.  

Launch time has been moved to 7:59 a.m. E.D.T. on Friday, June 29, 2012 for Delta IV Heavy configuration rocket.

From the United Launch Alliance, the launch was put on hold at T-3 minutes and 9 seconds.  The launch team is working the issue and investigating back pressure on a common booster core fill and drain valve that prevented it from closing correctly.  The team will perform five cycles on the common booster core fill and drain valve to evaluate. No T-0. 

From the 45th Space Wing:  Rocket launch was on hold due to a fill and drain valve indicating it did not close.  The valve issue causing the third hold was on one of the Common Booster Cores.  The valve that caused the second hold was on the upper stage.  The launch team is going to perform some cycling tests on the core boosters fill and drain valves to evaluate their performance.

New target launch time has been set for 9:15 a.m. E.D.T. on Friday, June 29, 2012.
