UPDATE: I-95 has re-opened.
MIMS, Florida — The Florida Highway Patrol reported that the southbound lanes on I-95 are closed near mile marker 231 just north of Mims, Florida in Brevard County after a police pursuit ended in shots fired early this morning.
Motorists are advised to use exit 231 to CR-5A, make a right on US-1, and a right on SR-46 to re-enter I-95 SB.
