BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Hurry to make your free spay or neuter appointment at the Brevard County South Animal Care Center.
The County’s Animal Services and Enforcement Department is promoting World Spay Day 2014 by offering free spay/neuter surgery for 50 pet cats on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.
