Precautionary Boil Water Notice Rescinded in Mims

MIMS, Florida – A precautionary boil water notice that was prompted by a water main break near the Sherwood Forest subdivision in Mims has been rescinded following satisfactory completion of bacteriological test results that indicate the water is safe to drink.

The precautionary boil water notice was issued Oct. 14 for residents living on King Richard Drive, Chester Court, Lance Court, Squires Court, Squires Drive, Bedford Drive, Adale Court and Archer Court. Boiling of water is no longer recommended.
