NEW YORK, New York – An unidentified man with unknown motives is climbing the side of Trump Tower in Mid-town Manhattan with suction cups.
Police and fire rescue crews have been unable, or unwilling, to intercept the man who could plunge to his death at any moment if his suction cups fail.
As of 6 p.m., the man has scaled to the 19th floor of Trump Tower, ABC News is reporting.
