UPDATE: The accident scene has been cleared and traffic is back up to speed.

BREVARD COUNTY, Florida – A Waste Management garbage truck overturned on northbound I-95 near mile marker 196 around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The overturned garbage truck is off of the roadway and turned on its side on the shoulder. However, one lane is closed in the area for emergency response vehicles.

This is causing minor slowdowns for the northbound I-95 commute in central Brevard County.
