BREVARD COUNTY, Florida – The number of cases of coronavirus in Brevard County rose by 122 from 3,510 yesterday to 3,632 on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, the Florida Department of Health announced.

Statewide, Florida added 9,194 cases since yesterday and now stands at 291,629.

Brevard County has had 34 coronavirus-associated deaths to date. 8 of those deaths were associated with long-term care facilities.

58,352 people in Brevard have tested negative and 3,632 positive to date. 62 are inconclusive. 7 are awaiting testing.

The State of Florida does not publish the number of recovered coronavirus cases.

“I have asked the Department of Health to track and/or share statistics on “recovered” patients and was told that there are no plans to do that at present as they do not believe there is a standard method to determining “recovered,” Florida State Representative Randy Fine (R-Palm Bay) wrote on his Facebook page.
