UPDATE: As of 1 p.m., the northbound lanes of I-95 have been re-opened after being closed following a crash. 

BREVARD COUNTY, Florida – The northbound lanes of I-95 have been shut down near mile marker 215 just south of the State Road 50 interchange in Brevard County near Titusville, Florida due to a semi-truck crash in a construction zone just before 8 a.m. on Friday, March 17, 2023.

Traffic still remains backed up for over a mile due to the lane closures as of 11:50 a.m.

Northbound motorists should detour by exiting on to east State Road 50 then left to northbound State Road 405 to State Road 406 (Garden Street).

Then head west on State Road 405 to return back to northbound I-95.
